Not Needed Any Longer

How do you feel when the boss tells you that if you find better job with better pay, she will let you go?

I feel not needed anymore here.

I feel that they have enough of me.

All these years she has been telling me to stay and they all promise better pay for me. I think my pay is too high for them. They need more money to send their children to study in UK. She told me that she needed RM1.5 million for her 2 daughters to study until Master Degree. She has to cut cost for higher income right. Since my colleague who is getting less than half my salary can do my job, what for pay so much for the same job. This is one of the reasons why some superior don’t want to teach EVERYTHING to their subordinate.

My guess is correct when they started to find fault in me. After working here for 8 years, this is their way of making you quit. Finding fault in every single thing that you do and putting pressure on you until you cannot take it anymore and you voluntarily resign. I saw a few of my staff left in that manner. Sad right.

Hubby still don’t allow me to reign now. The lady boss already give me the hint. Why should I stay here until end of the year?

Now, I 100% confirmed resigning.
