No Time For Workout

When you work from 9 to 5 and have children to mind after work and also house chores to do, you really do not have much time left for exercising to shape the fats of your body unless you are willing sacrifice your sleep by walking up real early to workout.

When I have only 2 children, I can still afford to either wake up an hour earlier before work or sleep an hour later. Now with 3 children and 2 of them going to school, I do not have that "privilege" anymore.

Maybe I should start talking to the lap band physician to see how can I loose some weight without exercising and no dieting too.
