I very pity one of my carton suppliers. His production made a mistake again by sending the wrong colour cartons to us which we have changed and they have produced it a few rounds.
He put the blame on the coordinator in charge that has resigned because he (the boss) was not informed about it. To me the coordinator is not to be 100% blamed because the production should have a record of the last batch that they produced. I told him that.
Later he told me that the Production Manager made the mistake. Very costly mistake because we rejected all of them because my customer won’t accept it. Bad for their company image if they keep changing carton design or colour.
