The same carton supplier was introduced by me to one of my customers because his carton price is quite competitive. Unfortunately, he is not able to supply on time a few times already. This made me really look bad because I recommended him to them.
I just discover discovered that his company is having cash flow problem. Some of his customer did not pay him on time and due to it he did not have enough cash to roll, to buy papers to make the cartons. That is the main reason of the delay of my order.
So I told my customer about it and let them make the decision whether to continue or terminate him. It seems that my customer is giving him another chance.
