I was talking to my aunt and her husband; both of them are teacher, about TESL. It seems that it is quite costly to take up the cost through local university even though I can easily get loan for it.
When I search about it online, a certificate for TESL is less than USD1k which is equivalent to MYR3k plus. That is affordable. I also found out that recently capella university offers 15 certificate programs, as of October 23, 2007 and education is one of them. I am not so sure whether they offer TESL certificate or not but I will check them out. Wanna get more option before deciding to sign up for it.
