Boss just bought a vacation home in London. Well, not really for vacation. Their children will be studying there in 2 years time, so they started investing now before property price increase further. The price of the apartment is around RM2.5 million. After they children completed their study there, that apartment will be a vacation home for them. I wonder whether they will be interested to invest in Orlando, Florida, the land of Disney Cartoons. I read that vacation home Orlando provides good investment opportunity as Orlando is an all year round tourist spot.
