Thank you for your e-mail. While you completed several reviews, these reviews did not meet the criteria for completion and the reviews where rejected. I will notify the web developer team to investigate why publishers may not receive notification for their reviews' change of status.
Reading the above gave me an impression that they new in this business. But they are not right?
