Finally my boss employed a lab assistant after the Production Manager complaint to them that he is short of hand. All this while, he borrowed my clerk as his lab assistant.
I do not know whether she will stay here long coz the salary that boss offered is very low. If there's other opening in other company, I'm sure she will accept it. I think I will tell her to go to. With her STPM, she deserves more than what she is getting from this company.
