Profit And Loss

Every first week of the month I will prepare the Month End Inventory which lady boss will hand it to the accounts clerk to prepare the profit and loss account for the month before. Almost every month I would hear the big boss shouting that the lady boss because the account shows negative sign. “Cannot be! Sales high, how can there be losses!” I do not know how the accounts clerk did the account but the lady boss sure needs to get her proper financial reporting software so that she won’t get scolded from the big boss every month.
