What is the things that make you go back to a certain shop? Besides the price, it's the service right? Sometimes even if the price is slightly higher than other shop, I will still go back to the shop that gives me better services. When they give me good services, chatted with me, it gives me the impression that I am much appreciated. They treat me like a friend wanting to help me not just get my money.
That's what hubby is doing. He helps his customer's with their assignments, sing birthday song if he knows that that day is their birthday, chat with them, get to know them personally, acknowledge them when he meet them on the road, play online game with them and offer free muffins that his wifey bake!
