This Thursday is going to be a stressful day for all of us in the office. ISO 9001:2000 audit. Truthfully, all this are in papers only. We do not follow exactly the procedures in the ISO manual except for the quality control part. When audit comes, quickly do up the paper work as a prove. All bullshit. Why? Coz the boss couldn't be bothered himself. He even plan not to be around on the audit day. See, that's his commitment to the ISO. Want the certification to show off only.
Every year, I prepared the Training Program but none of us has been send to any training! I worked for 8 years and not a single training program attended. You know what? I hope the SIRIM certification body, withdraw the certification from this company!
