More about the coming compulsory public holiday.
The manager that slams the phone and went home did more than that. He cursed in Chinese (he is a Malay man) and threw the pen that he was holding before charging out from his office. He was saying that the boss is very calculative and unappreciative. Personally, I agree with him. It affects him the most. Many times he came back to the office and work until early morning without getting any allowances for it. The boss never offer and he never ask. Most of us has worked for the company for more than 5 years. This is what we get. No give and take one.
If you hear any vacancy from my company, please don't apply unless you are very desperate like us! :(
