No Profit this Month?

I got a shock to see the sales and income spreadsheet for this month. If we don't get minimum of RM100 daily for the next 6 days, we are going to face loses for the first time since we took over the business from our partner. What happened? I asked myself. There must be something wrong somewhere. Apart from having less customer, there must be something else that makes the sales so low. Must investigate.
