Drum Mover

I have a big black PVC drum which I use to keep my guppies. Hubby has placed it right under the zink roof that has holes in it. So each time we have heavy rain, the drum will go almost full. I fear that when the water overflows, so does my guppies. But then, if we do not place it there, during hot weather, there won't be enough water for the guppies.
