After 40 days, my tummy is still not tug in. :( I can't remember how long it takes for my bulging tummy to go away. I can't remember whether I take any hoodia to help burn away the fat around the area. I heard from someone that in order to have a fit and flat tummy, you must do sit ups BUT you must get rid of the fat around the tummy area first. If not the fat will turn into muscle and the bulging tummy won't go away but will stay forever! Is it true? Is it true?
