Kids Not Allowed in the Jacuzzi

During our recent church camp at Bayu Beach Resort, PD, the children were having fun swimming in the pool. Then they wanted to try out the jacuzzi. Even though I did not follow them to the jacuzzi area, I have a good view of them. Unfortunately, they did not get to enjoy the bubble water because the lifeguard chase them out of there. It could be an adult need to be in the jacuzzi with them but the water is so shallow. The swimming pool depth is deeper and I don't need to be in there with them!
