Invest in Nursery or Gold

One of my brother in laws offered hubby to join venture with him and his friend to open a nursery. Since my sister is running a nursery herself and I know of a friend who gave up this business, I told hubby to think many times before investing in this business. If it is not a branch from an established nursery, starting fresh is very challenging. It is not easy to run a nursery and the profit is not much with very slow return. It is better to buy gold than invest your savings in a nursery. The returns is more and faster.
