To own a ready made hand scooter is quite costly. I bought one for my girl at RM45.99 from Giant. I have 3 children and I thought of buying 3 of it but hubby said that he wanted to try making one for them.
He did try but unfortunately due to lack of tools and proper parts, the handle collapse after a few hours of playing.
