We have reduce the rental at my apartment from RM900 a month to RM650. That is the minimum we will go. It is a fully furnished apartment with air-conds in all 3 rooms.
Our intention now is not to earn extra but just to get sufficient but not enough to pay for our home loan. Better rent it at a cheaper rate rather than not renting at all which means I have to pay more than RM700 a month plus maintenance fee.
