Fertility Treatment

In the bible, God wants us to be fruitful and multiply. But some parents who really want to have children and more children can’t conceive but those who can’t afford to have more children tend to be very fertile. What is God trying to teach us in this matter? Don’t ask me! I am still trying to figure this out.

One of my sister in laws have only one child and she wants more but still have not conceive until today. Her only child is 5 years old already and it took them 4 years of “trying” to get her. Maybe she is infertile and did not ovulate like other fertile woman does.

With the advancement of science and technology, there are many types of Treatments for infertility . If a woman is not ovulating, there are certain drug treatments that can kick-start the ovaries into producing healthy eggs again.

The fertility drug is called Clomiphene. It is the most widely used fertility drug in the UK. What the drugs does is a follicle-stimulating hormone that triggers the ripening of a follicle and then ovulation. Unlike other hormone treatment, Clomiphene has no major side effects and it has a low rate of multiple pregnancies.

I think I should let my sister in law know about it and get her to swallow the pills and make more beautiful babies! :)
