The ISO Audit is just around the corner. One of the top management responsibility is to set the Quality Policy and we the employee will try to come up with the Quality Objective to support the policy.
Unfortunately the big boss pushes the responsibility of coming up with a new Quality Policy to the OM who has resigned and just came back to help us out preparing for the audit!
You see lar, want the ISO certification but don't want to get involve in it.
