When I first decided to resign, that is almost half a year ago, I registered myself with JobStreet. Hoping to find a better job and they could help me find a job too. Unfortunately, most of the job offers requires some background or at least certificate in HR. Even though I am holding a one leg kick all job with only 20 employee in my company's payroll, I don't consider myself having any HR experience. Maybe I should consider sitting for the phr certificate examination. At least I have a cert in hand and that will make me more valuable in case I need to go back to work after I resigned.
