Attractions in Edinburgh, Manchester & Newcastle

Do you know that Edinburgh, along with Bath, Rome and Venice, has been designated a World Heritage Site? Malacca is the Historical City of Malaysia but Edinburgh is the World’s! Wow! Due to it, many travelers who love history, culture and art will flock to Edinburgh. The Edinburgh Castle, which dominates the city skyline, is the most popular visitor attraction in Scotland with over 1 million visitors each year. I am sure business is very good for Edinburgh Accomodation owners.

Manchester is not all about soccer as how the people of this part of the world though. They are famous with their Great Manchester Run. This 10K race through the streets of Manchester is one of the most popular in the UK, drawing about 25,000 runners every year. If I were to get the opportunity to visit Manchester, I will look for cheap Manchester Accomodation and participate in the run.

Another great city to visit when you are in UK is Newcastle, often dubbed as the Barcelona of the North. The city is full of cultural attractions and monuments; Earl Grey’s Monument, St. Nicholas Cathedral and the old Castle Keep are all historic landmarks worth visiting. No worries about place to stay because there are many Newcastle Hotels around.
