Very advance Advance this month. Due to Hari Raya, the boss gave us Advance pay really in advance. Normally our Advance will be on the 15th of every month but due to Hari Raya, I prepared the advance list earlier because some of the Malay worker will be on leave starting 11th. So I prepared the Advance list on the 8th because the Finance Director (Lady Boss) comes to the office on alternate days.
I dunno reason but this year, either she is more concern about the worker who needs money earlier to spend for Raya or the Production Manager asked her for earlier Advance. She purposely comes to the office on the 9th to bring the cash. Whatever it is, the workers are happy.
