My Grandfather was a Crane Operator

When I was small, I used to ask my grandmother about the family history. One of it would be about grandfather's vocation. I always wonder what he did to raise my dad. According to my grandmother, he has a few jobs but one that really brought food to the table was being a Crane Operator. However, he was always away from the family because he has to go places wherever the projects need a crane operator. When my dad grew older, he quitted the job work the land at home. He became a farmer and paddy planter. He got my dad to help him too. When my grandfather grew older, my dad took over his place as a farmer.
