Two days already the Streamyx is down. Not internet connection in an internet cafe! Hubby came home early. That is not a good sign. Sales are less than RM100.00. This is really not good. Already launched a report but nothing is being done. Don't they have experts in their company to settle the problem fast? Is there any way we can claim our losses due to it?

I hear you .. Miche..!! when one owns a internet business.... it affects the business so badly..!! here .. we can lodge a complain and try and claim back money from the internet ppl.. for lost of business.. and also .. i think for our insurance.. if something like that happens.. we can claim money too.. if i am not wrong.
