Courier Service

I work with a manufacturing company that produces lubricating oil. Sometimes, we need to send sample to our customer for testing, verification or just for sample purposes. They are all over the world. Most of the courier service does not to carry liquid product even if we tell them that it is not hazardous or explodable, MSDS provided.

So, how do we actually get the sample abroad? If it is to Singapore, we don’t have much problem. We courier to a transport company in JB and get their favor to send to down to Singapore. Other countries, we just have to say “sorry” and loose the business.

I think DHL or Fedex have their own packing for liquid type. Just ask for more fr them.
