I didn’t know about this movie until I took a sponsored post about the movie, The Ultimate Gift. I don’t know what’s so special about the movie. I stayed on to watch just because of Olive. An innocent child with a dream of becoming a beauty queen. I was very angry at her dead grandpa at the end of the movie. How could he teach a child a strip dance for a beauty contest!

I believe the reason the grandfather taught her a striptease was to show the audience that everything is in the spirit of fun. If it is an innocent, fun dance for her, then why should it be anything more than that for anything else?
It is about togetherness crossing the borders of manner and tradition and propriety to just be together and love each other.
