As I was typing the post on My Apartment, hubby called. One of our regular customer’s (Ali) ex-boss wanted to rent a portion of our shop at RM500.00 to sell hand phones. He will do the renovation himself at his own cost. Partition included. He just calls again to find out whether hubby agrees to rent it to him. Hubby will meet him to discuss about it later today. God is so good. I was worried that hubby won’t have any pay this month’s coz we have to pay our shop assistant. With the rental it is just nice to pay her salary. Btw, she is getting more than that. :D
