Kuih Kodok

Direct translation to English would be Frog Dumpling (i guess). It is actually made of flour & smashed banana plus a bit of salt and water, which is then deep fried. I made it yesterday upon my husband's request and his guidance. It was my first time frying Kuih Kodok. Well, my husband is satisfied with it. PTL. It actually look like a frog after frying :) Forgot to take picture of it tho...
