Work Irritation

I am employed in a company that manufactures lubricating oil and most of our customers are oil majors company (multinational). There is this one accounts officer that irritates me the most. I really dislike receiving calls from her. Even my lady boss doesn't like her. She likes to be spoonfed. Sometimes I wonder how on earth she can become an accounts officer. She like to ask me question before looking into it first. Like yesterday, she was saying that June Stock Balance till August Stock Balance does not tally. When I go thru it, nothing is wrong. Then she say "oh ya, ya ya!". At one time she asked me to list out something lar. I was so annoyed, I told her off..."i've given you the list, sort it out yourself lar!" Whenever I faxed something to her, always never receive! I wonder why! Sometimes one document have to be faxed to her 2 - 3 times and this did not happen to her other colleague whom I do fax doc to her. And the doc that she asked me to re-fax can be doc from few months ago! Yesterday, she asked my lady boss to fax to her a detail account statement from March till August. We have actually posted to her every month the statement. And she can actually get a detail one if she listed all the invoices given to her every month. But she's lazy, want us to do the job for her. My lady boss does not say much, so she faxed to her this month's detailed statement. After lunch, she called again, can you pls asked your mrs to faxed the jan & feb statement also?! She really test my patience everytime and i mean EVERYTIME she called. Sometimes I felt like saying to her "why you so stupid one!!!" but i zipped up my lips...
