Shoes to Eliminate Backaches

Due to too much sewing and blogging = sitting down for a long period of time, I often have backaches. At first I figured that it must be due to lack of calcium in my body because I am still producing breastmilk for my 16mo baby but even after religiously taking calcium supplements, I still have backaches. Maybe I should try walking in mbt shoes. This shoe is design as though we are walking barefooted on the sand. It helps improves our posture.

New Shoe for Free

I am going to own an almost new shoe soon; as soon as I remember to take it from my mom's place. Sure hope it is one of christian louboutin shoes but don't think my mom can afford to buy that one. :P

The one that my mom is going to hand-me-down to me cost her more than a hundred ringgit. She wore it a few times but the leather does not want to expand for her broad feet. So, it will be mine and this is the first time I will be wearing a show that coz more than RM100! Woohoo!!! :D

Super Cheap School Shoe

While I was at Mydin looking for slip-on for my 2nd girl, I couldn't believe my eyes to see that they are selling school shoe at RM4.90 a pair! It's the canvas type, no sponge. I worn this type of school before when I was in school; they are comfortable too when wearing with thick socks.

Unfortunately the design is quite boyish and I don't think my girls would favor it. Anyway, I saw one girl's school shoe; soft and with sponge at RM14.90. Cheaper than buying a pair of sports shoe for kindy.
