Weak in Math Staff Resigning

As much as I need a helper for my shop, I am happy that my staff who is weak in Math and also lazy told me that he is going for a job interview on Monday. I really hope that he will get the job so that I do not have to terminate him myself. Even with the previous employee, we did plan to terminate him but before we do that, he told us he got a job interview and I pray that he will get the job. I do not have to go through the hassle of terminating an employee. God is good, He knew the best plan for us. So now, I am back to work with the help of my BIL who just resigned a month ago as a bank officer. He will help us till he get a job with a higher pay.
