Document Management Software

When I was working as an Administrator, I have so many documents to keep track of. At times certain documents went MIA because we hardly use it and I forgotten in which file I saved it. I didn't know that there is such thing as the document management software. if I do at that time, I will surely get my boss to purchase it. The document management software can help me to organize, secure and manage those documents. I can also share my documents with my customers and colleagues. To which extend their can use my documents is up to me. I can give restricted access to some, and more to others. Special permissions such as deleting, printing, emailing, and others can be given or not to different users.
