An internet cafe out of town area with 10 computers is up for sale at RM15k. Hubby's friend went to check out the shop to discover that the PCs are very old and the shop does not even have a signboard! We countered offer at RM10k but the owner wanted RM13k.
RM13k is quite a high price for us because after buying over the shop, we need at least another RM10k to upgrade the computers, add in a printer, photocopier, binder, laminator and do some rack card printing to advertise our new internet cafe.
Money fall down from heaven please! ;)
