I am in a quest. I want to loose 10 pounds in a month time. A month has gone by and I only managed to loose about 4 pounds only. I need to loose another 10 pounds to get back my pre-pregnancy weight. I have been reading the phenphedrine reviews. Thinking of doing some abs exercise to tighten my flabby tummy. And I definitely need to reduce my carbo intake. I hope all these won't decrease my breast milk production.
