No Smoking

Hubby has one stubborn and thick faced customer. No matter how many times hubby rebukes him for smoking Dutch Masters in the toilet when their is "No Smoking" sign in the toilet and also in the shop, he still repeat his nuisance. We were hoping that he will never return to the shop; there is more than the smoking thing that we do not want him to come back, you see BUT he keeps coming back. Either he is really thick faced or he is banned from other internet cafe. :P
