Men needs more stamina than women especially those who does labour work. SAHM of 4 children also needs a lot of stamina. :P
As for my hubby, he is the manja type whereby he needs to have a minimum 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep, take his meal on time and also take supplement; vitamins for men to stay healthy. If he lacks either one of them, he will turn into a zombie.
Thank God he is not born into this world a women with kids. I'm sure he will suffer everyday. :P
