As I have mentioned earlier, we do not have any savings except when we have some extra money which we will buy gold coins. That hardly happened though; like 2-3 times a year.
Hubby was telling me that our apartments are our savings. Urgh! To me, it is a liability now. Only until all loans have been paid, then only they will be our savings if we can still get tenants.
So, I was telling hubby that we MUST save an amount of money EVERY MONTH. We can’t wait for days when we have extra then only we top up our gold savings account. We must save at least RM200 each month so that by the end of the year we will have at least RM2k in our savings account in case of emergency.
