I maybe weighing at 45kg only but I got a tummy (extras) and a flabby one. sop, sop, sop. The flabby part, I can't do much about it coz it is due to being pregnant 4 times in 6 years time!
The extras on the tummy, I can do something about it. I must do something about it. The easiest way out for me is to skip dinner or lunch for a week. The fastest way of losing abdominal fat for me BUT I can assure you that I'll fall sick and my 1yo baby won't have enough of mommy's milk.
