Shallow Insurance Agent

My BIL introduce an insurance agent to me recently when I was hunting for instant life insurance quote. She is a nice and friendly lady but she is not familiar with certain terms in the insurance plan that I requested. I kinda loose confident in buying from her. I want to buy your insurance package not your friendliness charm. You don't know your product, how can you help me in the future when I want to make certain claims?
