I have a few credit cards because I was begged to sign up for it and was given free annual fee for life. Since the PM has decided to impose a RM50 annual service tax on principal credit and charge cards, I am so going to collect ALL my credit cards and cancel them one by one.
And I have one compulsory to have credit card as part of the home loan offer; I am definitely going to call the bank to check whether they are going to charge me the RM50 or not. If yes, super please lar, I am already paying you the home loan interest, don't squeeze out more money from me. I don't have much of it you know.
RM50 is a BIG DEAL for a SAHM like me and others too.
