Cycling To Work

This week, one of hubby's part-timers is working from 6pm - 10pm. He took this opportunity to cycle to work. Not to save on petrol cost too buy diet pills but to exercise. =)

After 2 days of cycling, he felt his body has toned up and feeling more energetic. Hope this helps to boost his stamina for the coming friendly football match this Sunday.
