Since The Chef is back, I took this opportunity to learn how to make Beef Steak from him. He suggested that I buy the beef from Cold Storage. I went and bought 4 pieces of it; cost around RM30.00. Quite cheap lar. If eat outside, RM35.90 for one steak.
I thought my mom has some Red Wine from California wine club so I did not buy any. Unfortunately she has none, my sister finished them! =( So the beef is marinated without Red Wine. I hope it will taste good.
