I do not know what got into me! I crave for beef most of the time. If the shop does not serve beef, I will for go lamp chop! I just had Mega Big Mac last night and the day after, lamp chop. And I am thinking about eating the Spaghetti Meatball from Pizza Hut now! I am not so sure whether I need Phentermine because high protein diet is known to help reduce weight.
One of my blogger friends in on High Protein Diet and she takes very little carbo especially rice. If meat she is eating all the time, I think I'm gonna love this kinda diet. =D
