I told hubby that I plan to save RM2000 a month if God willing. I am determine to buy my Proton Persona. Since hubby is not willing to be in debt for 9 years, I planned to have at least RM20k for the down payment by January. Yes, I want to drive a new car for Chinese New Year.
Hubby suggested that rather than just save the money in the savings account, I should invest it by buying gold or silver because their value keeps on increasing.
Another option would be opening a gold saving account with Maybank. Still undecided.
