Irish Lamb Stew

On my normal salary, I would think twice paying RM25 just for a plate on meat, some whipped potato and bun.
But after trying it. It is worth the money spent but lamb is always too heaty for my body. I got headache after eating half of it and my throat itch. I still wonder what cause the itchiness. I have eaten lamb before. Anyway, after a stick of ice-cream, my throat feels so much better. :)
