We got 5 Non-Conformity Report. The Big Boss got one on the Training Programme Plan. For the past years, we have the plan but not a single one of us is sent for training. The plan is there as a show only but never implemented; to save cost.
Due to it, many of us are not well verse on the Quality System requirement and we are not able to provide good evidence on the performance of our department.
During the closing of the audit, the Lead Auditor stress on the importance of the involvement of the Top Management, that is the Big Boss in the Quality System.
Well, I hope the Big Boss will do something about it or at least participate during Management Review Meeting.
