Everyone loves receiving gifts especially rewards when we show our loyalty to certain merchant. Through rewards, we know that we are appreciated and we will continue to support that merchant by spending more with them. hehe This will of course increase their revenue.
Too bad my company does not know how to reward their employee for their loyalty. If not, many of the good ones (myself included) would not resign.
