No Budget, No Vision

When chatting yesterday on MSN, Jess informed us that she is busy preparing for the company’s budget. Asking me whether I need to do the same. I told her that I don’t. She was surprised to know that. “I thought your company got ISO? How would you know that you achieve your target?” Well, even company’s vision we do not have. Our ISO is on paper only. Sad ya?
